Students are forced to write exams in water logged class rooms in Rajamundry ( Andhra Pradesh, India).
The exams are 3 hour long and there is no chance of a re-exam if they miss it (Until the next year).[I have decided to get the pics from the regional news papers and post them here since they dont have a static link for the pictures.]
